We are looking for enthusiastic experienced Senior Social Workers who have a passion for excellence and the ability to share this passion with others.

The South Locality is based in Long Stratton, an area with an exciting development plan to become a town with a village feel. Children's Services are based with the District Council and other multi-agency colleagues in a modern building. Long Stratton is central to Wymondham, Diss and 15 minutes' drive from Norwich. South Norfolk has excellent road links to Suffolk, Essex and Cambridge, with regular rail services through to London and Peterborough, from there you can travel anywhere!
To join our social work team it is essential that you have a Diploma/Degree in Social Work, CQSW, CSS or equivalent, and full HCPC registration. You will need to have at least 2 years post qualifying social work experience (which includes the successful completion of your Assisted and Supported Year in Employment) and the ability to travel. If you feel that you have excellent practice leadership skills, the experience and enthusiasm to promote best practice and keep staff motivated, then we are keen to hear from you.
