What you'll be doing

Working as part of the Income Management team, you will accurately process all income from various sources to rent accounting systems. Reporting to the Income Management Team Leader, your work will include:

  • Carrying out monthly reconciliations
  • Liaising with internal and external customers to ensure all payment schedules and remittances are received and posted accurately
  • Dealing with enquiries from residents regarding rent and service charge payments

Who we need

You must have basic book-keeping experience and knowledge of sales ledger (although training will be given). It is important that you have a flexible, can-do attitude and enjoy working as part of a team. In addition you will need:

  • Experience of delivering exceptional customer service and value for money within a performance-focused organisation
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A goal-orientated approach and the ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
