As part of the service, you'll be responsible for a specialist team of 6 Qualified Social Workers, closely assisted by a Deputy Team Manager and a Business Support Officer to make your work easier. Additionally through their 'End to End' department review which is focused on management development and standard excellence, meaning you will further enhance your capabilities and future opportunities.
