Customer services representative

Full time, short term contract from September until December

Main responsibilities:

  • Working with custom software for order processing (full training provided)
  • Answering phone calls, emails, and general customer enquiries
  • Investigating and solving customers' problems
  • Taking and processing orders, including payments
  • Any other duties as may be required from time to time - e.g. covering absent colleagues

Key Skills and Experiences:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software
  • Courteous communication with customers by telephone, email
  • A hard-working attitude and flexible can-do personality
