Network Healthcare is currently recruiting for a Team Manager for the Children in Need Team in Children Services to be based in Buckinghamshire. Please note that we have two positions available, one in Aylesbury and the other in Amersham so please ensure you state which location you are interested in on your cover letter. The Team Manager position is full time and will be on a permanent basis.

As a Team Manager of the Children in Need Team you will be expected to undertake the following:

o Performance Management
o Supervision of Staff
o Development of Practice
o Chair Reflective Practice and Strategy Meetings
o Mentor/supervise student

In order to be considered for the position of Team Manager in the Children in Need Team in Buckinghamshire candidates must:

" Hold a Social Work Degree and valid HCPC registration
" Have 3 years post qualifying experience
" Have previous experience in a similar team and position
" Be a driver with your own car
" Have excellent knowledge of Children in Need and the legislation that surrounds this
" Be able to commit to working full time
" Have a positive and motivated attitude
