An excellent client of ours in Staines is looking for a Customer Engagement Coordinator to join their busy team. The successful Customer Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for taking the lead on developing customer engagement tools in both Housing and Care & Support Services. You will work closely with the company's Customer Panel, Q Team and other Association employees by providing a range of social initiatives, action plans and/or strategies relevant to our customers.

Other responsibilities of the Customer Engagement Coordinator will include:

* Coordinating the Housing team on customer satisfaction surveys and feedback
* Managing customers' training and development to enable them scrutinise effectively and drive through acceptance of this approach in the wider Association
* Planning, developing, coordinating, implementing and evaluating engagement initiatives
* Co-ordinating with the Housing Team on customer satisfaction surveys and feedback
* Providing a service that can respond quickly to the changing needs of our customers
* Having the ability to support growth - customers, services and products
* Evaluating and improve the value for money of customer involvement activities
* Overseeing complaints handling and analysis to ensure customers get prompt and effective resolution
