Registered Manager - North East - circa GBP38k plus benefits

A care home in the North East are looking for a Registered Manager to join their team.

My client are a company with multiple homes across the region and now need a Registered Manager to oversee and maintain the care of the residents within the Care Home and take overall responsibility for the day to day running and adhering to all legal requirements and company policies.

The successful Registered Manager will be answering to the Operations Director and will be carrying out an array of duties such as acting as a go-to point for all members of staff, maintaining responsibility of the care facility and ensuring best practice.

Furthermore, some of your duties and responsibilities as a Registered Manager will include the following:

  • Maintaining communications with residents, staff members and any other stakeholders within the business
  • Reporting any ill-health amongst the service users
  • Having a direct input into the care delivery; ensuring standards are met
  • Managing and maintaining budgets
  • Complying with policies and procedures
