Medical Case Handler (Bilingual Registered Nurse)

Location: Shoreham by Sea

Salary: GBP34k - GBP36k + Benefit scheme

Hours: 4 days a week on a rota basis (Shifts can be 7am-5pm or 10am-8pm) 1 weekend in 4

We have great pleasure in supporting our client based in Shoreham within their medical assistance team as a medical case manager.

As a bilingual registered nurse this is a great opportunity to utilise your medical knowledge and experience within a fast paced office environment.

The job role will be providing emergency travel assistance to policy holders who are suffering illness or injury whilst away on their travels.


* Monitor cases and medical condition's until the client is cleared for travel either by commercial air or air ambulance
* Use your education, experience and assessment skills to determine that the client is receiving the appropriate medical care
* Liaise with treating medical providers and review medical reports
* Work with the claims department and co-ordinators ensure quality assistance services
* Perform case reviews and update the CRM accordingly

The right candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

* Registered nurse (ideally with emergency/critical care)
* Fluent in another language, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese or Polish as well as English (however other language skills will be considered)
* Ability to work under pressure with effective time management skills
* Excellent communication skills
