Assistant Head, Pastoral Care, Behaviour and Attendance (Autism)
As a key member of the school's leadership team, this is a brand new role, born out of growth.
You will join an established team and be working closely with the Head of School and the Deputy Head.
The school is well known in delivering curriculum to secondary, post-16 and residential pupils diagnosed on the Autism and Asperger spectrum.
You will share the school's philosophy on achievement for all. In addition to deputising for the Head Teacher, and fulfilling a variable teaching role, the Assistant Head will contribute substantially to the overall development and strategic planning of the School and will have management oversight of SMSC, pastoral care, behaviour and attendance.
For a full job description, please telephone and ask to speak with Michaela Deasy-Smith.
**This is a permanent role.
