We are looking for an experienced and committed individual to join us as Head of Legacies, you will lead the development and implementation of our strategy to increase income from legacies and in memory giving, as a way to enable Save the Children to deliver its ambitious strategy to create change for children.

As Head of Legacies you will set objectives, and oversee team and agency activities to deliver the entire legacy journey from acquisition to stewardship and ultimately receiving income. A champion for gifts in wills within the organisation, you will embed legacy marketing and income in Fundraising and other teams. In addition, you will manage and cultivate relationships with key internal and external senior stakeholders in order to facilitate delivery of the legacy and in memory programme, influencing across all levels.

To be successful you will have an in-depth knowledge of legacy marketing, legacy income management, and managing a P&L. In addition, you will bring proven experience of using consumer insight at the heart of strategy, proposition, and journey development.
