Office Manager - Financial Services GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 dependent upon experience + Excellent benefits

I am delighted to be working in partnership with a well established and growing Financial Services firm, who are looking to recruit and experienced Office Manager, who has had exposure to working within the Financial Services industry.
This would be a fantastic opportunity if you are currently working in a similar role.

As a successful Financial Services Office Manager you will:

• Support the Financial Advisors
• Maintain and introduce administrative systems to ensure delivery
• You will manage a small administration team, and be responsible for resource planning and staff development.
• Respond to client and consultant enquiries - resolving problems and escalating them where necessary
• Oversee reception/facilities management/front of house customer experience
• Oversee building maintenance and associated contracts
• Provide general support - To include maintaining records e.g. managing absence, organising interviews/meetings, planning inductions
• Responsible for day to day delivery of H&S procedures.
• Responsible for delivers of various ad hoc projects

To be considered, you must be able to demonstrate the following experience from within an IFA practice:
• Senior administrator experience
• Office management skills
• Supervisory skills - Resource planning and staff development
• Strong team player
• Professional, customer focused approach
• Flexible and proactive "can do" attitude

• Starting salary - GBP25K- GBP30K, depending on experience
• Performance related bonus scheme
