We are looking for an experienced, confident customer service professional to join a company based just outside of York - the role is also on a bus route from York.

Function:
The main responsibility of the role is to work closely with all of the Team to ensure the meet all the contractual operational requirements needed to comply with the clients agreement set out by Microsoft. In addition, to assist and work as a lifeline to the sales force and our customer's with Microsoft queries, pricing and Microsoft services.

Duties:

??Operational Support
??Ordering
oAccurate processing of internal orders.
??Contract Management
oCompletion of contracts as required supporting the Microsoft Solution specialists.
oEnsuring all contracts are checked and submitted to Microsoft.
oEnsure all internal agreement information is up to date.
??Customer Service Responsibilities
oProvide support and guidance to our customer's on the use of the Microsoft customer portals.
oProvide support and guidance on all software Assurance benefits that our Enterprise customer receive from Microsoft.
??Price files
oSupport with the downloading of the Price files each month and ensure saved in the relevant folders.
oSupport with the preparation of internal and customer price files.
??Sales support
oSupport on queries, pricing and service requests received by Microsoft Solution specialist or customers in the Microsoft Team email folder in a timely and accurate manner.
oProvide support to Microsoft Solutions specialist and internal sales executive as and when required.
oWork with the solutions specialists to ensure all anniversary requirements are met in a timely and accurate manner for our Enterprise customer's

Experience desired - Microsoft licensing or solution experience would be a desired requirement however not essential, as full training will be provided.

Function:
The main responsibility of the role is to work closely with all of the Microsoft Business Team to ensure SBL meet all the contractual operational requirements needed to comply with the Licensing Solutions Provider agreement set out by Microsoft. In addition, to assist and work as a lifeline to the SBL sales force and our customer's with Microsoft queries, pricing and Microsoft services. The post holder would also be expected to perform any other duties, which might reasonably be required by the business.

Duties:

oAccurate processing of internal orders.
oTimely and accurate reporting of all SBL, OLC and MoD orders to Microsoft.
oResponsible for raising all CS cases once approved within the team through CRM for all Microsoft orders except EA.
??Contract Management
oCompletion of contracts as required supporting the Microsoft Solution specialists.
oEnsuring all contracts are checked and submitted to Microsoft.
oEnsure all internal agreement information is up to date.
??Customer Service Responsibilities
oProcessing of HUP benefits for our customer's
oProvide support and guidance to our customer's on the use of the Microsoft customer portals.
oProvide support and guidance on all software Assurance benefits that our Enterprise customer receive from Microsoft.
??Price files
oSupport with the downloading of the Price files each month and ensure saved in the relevant folders.
