Our client is a leading lifestyle brand. They are looking for a dynamic Learning & Development Advisor to join their lovely team.
The purpose of the Learning & Development Advisor is to design, deliver and co-ordinate departmental learning and development in alignment with the organisations learning and development strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
Responsibility for the Customer Service L&D lifecycle
Coordinate design and delivery of specialist L&D programmes
Ensuring L&D material is kept up-to-date
Developing innovative ways of meeting L&D needs
Ensuring customer experience is at the forefront of L&D design and delivery
Analysing internal and external insight to identify L&D requirements which support a continuous improvement approach to customer delivery
Recommending improvements to procedures or processes to improve the customer experience
Candidates should have experience of working within a fast paced environment within a similar role.
You should be confident in designing and delivering systems training within customer services and be able to develop front line managers to drive the customer experience.
