Our client is an amazing luxury brand, who is currently looking for an L&D Administrator to join their team.
Some of your duties would include:
Monitor existing training programmes, scheduling training programmes, coordinate delegates, assess results and implement enhancements where needed.
Provide administrative support in terms of: raising POs, following up on payments and liaising with course and venue providers.
Systems and processes set-up to enable the integrated plan to be effectively implemented, reviewed, monitored and updated
Working with the Head of People Development, liaise with HR and line managers, advising on L&D interventions to address individual performance or career development needs
Collect data to demonstrate ROI from course and programme evaluation, follow up process and reports on learning progress and status
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic with high attention to detail and have previous administration experience within HR or Learning & Development.
