Service Partner Lead
We have a great new opportunity for a Service Partner Lead to develop and implement contract management strategies across Southern Water Customer Service delivery. You will oversee the full contract management lifecycle, drive operational delivery, and take the lead in identifying continuous improvement / added value opportunities.
In this role you will be involved in the appointment of a Service Partner for our Customer Service delivery. Once appointed, you will be responsible for management, oversight and governance of that Service Partner, ensuring the highest possible service is delivered in all cases.
To be successful in this role you will need exceptional stakeholder and relationship management skills. Demonstrating strong commercial acumen, you will have experience in vendor, contract or supplier management. Experience of customer service is essential for this position. A background in utilities would be advantageous.

Please note your home office will be Durrington in West Sussex, but this role will involve considerable travel.
