Deputy Head of HR Operations
The post holder will assist the Head of HR Operations in ensuring the provision of a high quality operational HR function delivering transactional and recruitment services to support RHUL's strategic aims. Working with a range of stakeholders the post holder will take the day to day lead on a range of HR projects and initiatives to develop the HR function, streamline and effectively resource the workforce and ensure compliance. The post holder will work with the Head of HR Operations to ensure that the HR Policy, Operational and Recruitment Services are positioned to deliver efficiently, consistently and professionally to meet the needs of the College.
The successful applicant will need to be CIPD qualified to level 7 with excellent prioritisation and communication skills. They will need to have significant experience of managing a successfully managing a wide range of HR projects through to completion and extensive HR operational and strategic experience. A strong working knowledge of employment law and its application is essential together with strong IT skills.
