Your new company
Your new company is a global BioPharma company firmly focused on its mission to discover, develop and deliver innovative medicines to patients with serious diseases. You will be working in a prime location in Chester which is accessible by car or bus from Chester city centre. Your new company has recently undergone a mass refurbishment across the site to modernise and make the site more attractive to employees. This includes new work stations and a new cafeteria, which caters to all tastes.
Your new role
You will be required to work in a busy payroll team to ensure accurate, efficient and timely delivery of a payroll service. You will need to ensure a legal and compliant process is followed, all whilst managing relationships internal and external customer relationships. You will coordinate with an Outsourced Service Provider regarding all polices, programmes and processes related to payroll.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a Degree in Business Administration/Accountancy or Fiance and you must have experience in multi-country payroll ideally in a multinational environment. Prior experience in working with a global payroll vendor and in operating with automated interfaces would be of benefit. Workday end-user experience is essential and experience of working in a Shared Service environment would be an advantage.You will be personable, professional, preferably a Spanish speaker and ideally immediately available.
What you'll get in return
3 month contract, salary of up to GBP24,000 per annum, free parking and other benefits
