The Gloucestershire College in house Marketing Team is looking for a creative Graphic Designer with experience in both print and digital media. The successful candidate will own the GC brand and take overall responsibility for all on and offline work produced.

The post holder will be comfortable working on several campaigns/jobs at a time, reaching out to different target audiences across a mix of online and offline channels. Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers, the post holder will take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts and other high impact designs to deliver high-quality campaigns on time within an agreed budget.

This brand guardian will ensure consistency across all visual assets and sales collateral including course guides, leaflets, flyers and external display advertising as well as online digital/mobile content from concept development through to project delivery.

Awareness of current industry standards is essential, as is an in depth knowledge of the latest creative suite software as well as a good understanding of print production, material costs and realistic project timescales.

In addition to working on design projects, video editing, photo shoots and on-line development, the post holder will become involved with broader communication activity, supplier management and more, offering a great opportunity to demonstrate a broad range of creative based skills at a time of growth and development within the organisation.
