A fantastic opportunity to join an iconic fashion clothing and accessories brand as a key member of the reward team. Working closely with the Reward Director you will help develop the reward strategy, driving positive engagement with the population and ensuring a fair and competitive remuneration package across the business.

Your Responsibilities:
*To assist and support with the Annual Pay Review process and all other cyclical reward activity
*To monitor reward developments externally, helping to implement changes as required
*To assist and support with salary range design, upkeep and communication
*To continually review and assist with communication of the reward offer for employees
*To ensure the organisation remains competitive in the external market by continually undertaking market analysis of the reward offer
*To participate in appropriate salary surveys, and to build a network of contacts from other companies within the retail industry
*To carry out regular internal analysis of salary data and communicate with the brand HR teams as appropriate
*Manage analysis and interpretation of results for various Retail reward initiatives and projects

Personal Specification:
*Numerate and analytical, with strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
*Customer focused, with a passion for Reward and the retail environment
* Experience working within a retail centred reward team
*Comfortable working independently and also as part of a small team
*Strong time management and organisational skills
*Exposure to all elements of compensation, with some experience of managing key reward calendar events.
*Exposure to global reward

*Up to GBP80,000
