German Speaking Inside Sales Representative - ERP Software GBP60k OTE I am actively working in conjunction with a Global ERP Solution Partner to find an Inside Sales Representative to work with their German Team on the German market. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and have a background of success in Inside Sales, Telesales, Channel Sales or general B2B for an IT Solutions organisation. Additionally, they will be hungry and motivated to move forward in their career as this role not only comes with the opportunity to earn great commission (the top earner in this department walked away with upwards of GBP75k), but there is fantastic opportunity to move up the career ladder. The role will involve working with existing accounts - with no new business element involved. This is an Account Management position which will involve creating and nurturing relationships with a specific customer base. While you will not be selling new business, you will have great opportunity to upsell and build a serious ongoing commission structure for yourself. You must be located within commutable distance to my Client's office in Farnborough. Skills required for the role: German fluency to native standard is essential. Good knowledge of ERP systems preferable (SAP, Oracle, Sage, NetSuite etc). Great communication skills and ability to sell on the phone. Motivated by money and career progress - with defined career goals. Experience dealing with Senior Management at SME organisations.
