USMAART are searching for a Continuous Improvement Manager to accelerate growth within the digital space internally and externally for our growing client.
As Continuous improvement Manager here's a bit about what you'll be responsible for: -
  • Working to develop and deliver the digital strategy across all platforms, voice, email and social media channels
  • Driving the customer experience and enhancing the digital and customer journey and footprint
  • Delivering strategies and implementation
  • Driving operational excellence
  • Working with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Shape, gain, buy into deliver a series of improvement linked to the Strategy
  • Make it a channel of choice to support migration from voice
  • Maintaining the latest opportunities and trends in consumer interaction with digital technology
  • Maximising online conversion through effective customer journeys and sales process

Qualities you must have: -
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt ( 3+ years)
  • Worked in a Contact Centre Operations with people leadership Ideally with WebChat, Social Media, Messaging and email
  • 5+ year's experience gained in a service orientated business
  • You will have a successful track record of working within a contact centre environment
  • Leading a small team of Greenbelt / analysts
  • An Agile approach to delivery and able to manage a range of initiatives concurrently
  • You must be dynamic, tenacious and able to adapt within a fast paced operation
