We are seeking a capable and dynamic Ward Manager to lead our client's Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services Tier 4 CAMHS Unit, based in 48 acres of grounds in the elegant rural community of Ticehurst, East Sussex, close to the High Weald.This is a full-time post but our client is open to hearing from candidates seeking to negotiate a part-time hours opportunity; however, fixed hours cannot be assured. Our client is a major provider of UK independent mental health care; dedicated to patients' health and wellbeing, offering a high standard of services, inspiring innovation, and providing programmes that are individually tailored to patients' specific needs.This remit has 2 CAMHS wards, Tier 4 and HDU are where our client offers comprehensive inpatient and specialist mental health services for young people aged 12 to 18.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring care plans reflect the needs of patients and that your staff receive timely clinical supervision, appraisal, CPD and complete mandatory training.Person requirementsRegistered Mental Health Nurse with (or eligible for) full registration with the NMC.Extensive CAMHS experience of at least four years with at least two years experience in a supervisory capacity.Completion of Mentorship qualification.
