Assistant HR Business Partner

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our HR Business Partnering team as an Assistant HR Business Partner.

You will be working closely with our staff and managers in our Corporate Services, Business Intelligence and Advocacy, supporting a HR Business Partner to provide professional and proactive HR advice and assistance on all aspects of employee relations. You will also be supporting managers and staff through times of change as RNIB continues to evolve.

We are looking for someone with a solid practical knowledge of employment law and HR good practice as well as experience of providing advice on a range of ER related matters. It is important that you can demonstrate excellent customer care and are able to prioritise and plan your time effectively. Good communication skills with the ability to adapt your style to suit the audience are also essential.

This post will necessitate some travelling as the teams we support are geographically spread across the UK, although as an organisation we are keen to utilise SKYPE where we can to become a more agile workforce.
