We are looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Executive for an excellent company based in Northampton.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Business Development Partner, the role will involve:
- Developing and maintaining a marketing database to include tracking of client satisfaction
- Monitoring the rm and departmental marketing budgets
- Planning and organising marketing events
- Support in the development process, coordinate off-line marketing campaigns to include: promotional and internal literature, Direct Marketing, Door Drops and press advertising
- Support in the development process and coordinate on-line marketing campaigns to include: email, social media (Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin) and website maintenance
- Manage the firm PR to include writing and publishing of promotional articles and press
releases using the appropriate marketing channels
- Source and manage external suppliers, ensuring documentation is produced within required timescales and budgets
- Managing internal stakeholders and colleague communications to ensure both marketing
committee and wider rm are up to date with marketing activity

Experience and Qualifications:

- Previous marketing experience
- Ideally at least a CIM Professional Certificate in Marketing
- Experience running both off-line and on-line Marketing campaigns to include social media

Key skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Aptitude to manage own work load, superb organisation skills and keen attention to detail
- Advanced IT skills - experienced in using Microsoft office applications and preferably Adobe software such as Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat
