FP&A Manager- GBP60-70K base + bonus and benefits
As Head of the Management Reporting function, you will be responsible for overseeing comprehensive business analysis and preparing and presenting client reporting. You will also lead a review of current reporting requirements and assess suitability of current reporting systems with a view to implementing systems and process changes.
Reporting into: Director of Management Reporting
Oversee preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly management and client reports, analysing business cash-flows and operational activities.
Responsibility for client cash management control including daily cash reconciliations.
Develop and oversee operational balanced scorecard reporting and drive operational improvement.
Evaluate operational procedures and processes and identify new and improved ways of working.
Understand results and trends across the business, providing analysis that allows team leaders to deliver on their operational responsibilities and take actions to drive improved performance.
Deliver an excellent level of service that meets the needs of all stakeholders. Be able to influence colleagues when introducing new ideas, processes and systems that support the objectives of the business.
Train, develop and mentor part qualified colleagues within the team and wider business.
Undertake ad hoc projects as requested by the Executive management board.
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified
- 2+ years post qualified experience.
