Our client is entering an exciting and challenging time. We are looking for a confident and proactive individual to join the Contact Centre Recruitment Team to work closely with the wider employer solutions and regional apprenticeship delivery teams to maximise new and repeat business opportunities. You will be matching learners to job vacancies by screening and identifying key skills that are suitable for the roles they are applying for. You will have set targets and KPI's around screening, matching and filling job vacancies with suitable candidates.

Are you an experienced recruiter with a proven track record who is looking for an opportunity to join the rapidly expanding Digital/Social Media Apprenticeships Sector? Have you worked with and have a proven track record for working with employers within the digital sector?

Do you have excellent organisational skills, administrative skills and have previous experience of working alongside young people in a training/apprenticeship provider?

Your responsibilities will include

Acting as a point of contact for all incoming referrals and introducing your candidates to employers in the local area by email/calls/relationship building
Prepare and post opportunities on-line across various job boards and media
Communicating with young people
Review applications, manage interviews and create shortlists of your people for the employer
Brief young people about the job and undertake initial assessments and testing
Have you experience of working in a busy recruitment environment as a support/resourcer?
