Legal Document Production Specialist
Leeds City Centre
10:30am - 6pm

A Legal Document Specialist is required to join a leading law firm in their Leeds City Centre offices. The Legal Document Specialist will work as part of a team in supporting the firm nationally with an efficient document production service.

The document production department in Leeds are a small and close knit team. They are based in prestigious offices in the heart of Leeds City Centre.

The Legal Document Specialist role will include
*Technical formatting of documents (including advanced MS Word, some Excel & PowerPoint)
*Dealing with troubleshooting
*Use of digital dictation
*Proof reading
*Applying documents to the in house style
*Working as part of an efficient team

The Legal Document Specialist role would suit someone already doing this role in a legal or professional services company, or an experienced legal secretary with advanced MS office skills. You should be a thorough, accurate and efficient secretary that takes pride in the work they complete. You should be able to work well in a small team and be committed to providing a good document service.

Working hours are negotiable, ideally 10:30am - 6pm. Salary is depending on experience.
