Go Resource are currently looking to recruit a Customer Relations Supervisor/ Team Leader for their operation based in Maidstone in Kent.

The role will require you to become the bridge between our candidates and our clients , an extremely focused customer facing individual with the ability to deal with people within a multitude of environments at all levels. You will be responsible for leading the coordinators who are recruiting the temporary workforce, influencing the process on a daily basis reporting into the Head of Operations.

Job Requirements

Suitable candidates will have previous customer relations experience with a solid and progressive career to date a You will have a background in a similar role with a firm understanding of the placement of both temporary and contract workers. It is essential that you are a car owner/driver to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities / Duties:

-Focusing on a team of Consultants with the ability to lead, develop and mentor them
-Strong team focus with proven success of growing a team and its business
-Meeting multiple existing clients building strong working relationships for organic growth
-Highly presentable with excellent communication and presentation skills
-Work with the team to develop and execute recruitment plans
-Conduct regular meetings with the team to determine the success of the recruitment plans
-Conduct pre interview assessments training

Skills/Attributes

-Only candidates with previous customer service experience at a desired level will be considered for this role.
-Ability to work with various departments and understand their specific requirements
-Strong time management skills and analytical thinking.
-Detail oriented with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and multi-task on a variety of different tasks.
