Registered Care Manager - 39hrs per week

City Care Partnership are a specialist provider of support services for individuals with learning disabilities and autism across Greater Manchester, Stockport and Trafford. We utilise innovative techniques to develop outstanding services and are currently recruiting for the position of Registered Manager to work with the people we support in an environment that is both safe and conducive to the promotion of independence and a more fulfilling life.

The successful applicant will manage a service and therefore must be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, be an excellent communicator and have first-rate organisational skills. Knowledge and experience of CQC guidelines and working with individuals with Autistic Spectrum Condition is essential for this position.

As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the service and its resources, ensuring compliance with all regulatory framework. You will also be responsible for leading, directing, deploying & supporting Team Leaders and Support workers to assist in the provision of a range of social, emotional, educational, physical and life skill experiences for people who have a Learning Disability and/or Autistic Spectrum Condition.

In return, we offer a salary of GBP26k - GBP36k (plus enhancements which may include sleep in payments.

Essential Qualification: Registered Managers Award, NVQ/QCF Level 4/5 in Residential Care management, plus proven experience in a management role providing residential care/support and an excellent knowledge of current legislation.
Other Essential Requirements:

Full Driving Licence for manual cars.
Must have experience working with people with Learning Disabilities and Autism
