Are you an experienced manager looking for your next step? Do you have experience working with individuals with mental health diagnosis? We have the perfect opportunity!

BS Social Care are looking for an experienced Manager to provide maternity cover to a Supported Living Scheme for a well established, nation wide company.

This service provides support to individuals with physical and learning difficulties in their daily activities. Your role is to monitor and develop this service, ensuring high levels are maintained at all times and all staff are fully supported to provide this. You will strive for continuous improvement, and provide the knowledge and training to achieve this.

In order to be successful in this role, you must be self motivated with excellent leadership, organisation and time keeping skills. A person centred approach to your role is also required.

Essential Criteria:

- NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Level 5 is desirable)

- Experience in Mental Health Care

- Experience in staff management

- Proven ability to carry out assessments

Salary: GBP22000 pro-rata
