What does a Senior Learner Support Advisor at learndirect do?

Reporting to the Team Leader for learndirect Professional, you will need to be passionate and motivated, leading by example to line manage and support a caseload of Learner Support Advisors ensuring they have a positive impact on the growth and quality development of our business.

As well as line manager responsibilities you will also work directly with a caseload of learners providing accurate, up to date information, advice and guidance in relation to their expressed programme of learning interest and career goals. Most importantly the Senior Learner Support Advisor must ensure they are actively engaging with their Learner Support Advisors to identify and resolve any progression issues arising throughout the learning journey (including application, eligibility and in learning).

Have you got what it takes?

Your application must be able to demonstrate:

• Experience in line management
• Experience running career/training advisory sessions with adults
• Previous knowledge/experience of adult learning delivery, working in a learner support role
• Previous experience of providing customer service, advice and guidance
• Experience LRS and PLR validation and programme entry requirement management
• Level 2 English and maths
