Are you an Experienced Primary Teacher seeking a change or new challenge? Are you looking to complete your NQT year? Look no further! Prospero teaching is currently seeking to recruit individuals interested in a Primary Teacher post to work at a vibrant and friendly school in the area.

The school has a fantastic, experienced SLT, and they require a teacher who will contribute to the continuing development of the department. As a new member of staff you will be given guidance and there is always lots of support offered. Resources at the school are fantastic; the department you will be working in is busy and has a blend of NQT's and experienced Teachers which makes for an interesting and unique environment to work in.

The School do not have issues with their recruitment and do not find that they have a high staff turnover. However, as they have worked with Prospero teaching for a number of years, they have entrusted this vacancy with us to ensure they appoint the most suitable Primary Teacher available for February 2017 to continue the amazing teaching delivered to Key Stage 1 or Key stage 2, dependant on the right person's experiences and strengths. The role being offered is for a contractual basis with the potential of going permanent depending on the school's needs and good performance.

Behaviour at the school is extremely good, although, like most schools, there are a few students in a few of the year groups that have more challenging attitudes towards learning therefore you will be expected to demonstrate the correct strategies to ensure the behaviour stays at a manageable standard. The school does provide education for students of all abilities therefore creating differentiated and interesting attention grabbing lessons is a very important trait and will act as a useful method to ensure behaviour stays good.

The successful Primary Teacher will:
*Be qualified with UK QTS

*Show ability to commit to learning and development of pupils

The successful Primary Teacher will also support the schools working ethos as well as possess strong planning and behaviour management skills.
