Deputy Manager - Nursing Home - Oxford, Oxfordshire - GBP42,000 per annum!

This deputy manager role is with a fantastic not for profit group that have been rated as one of the top 20 care groups in the UK! They have recently bought a larger group bringing their profile of homes to over 120 making now a fantastic time to join for progression and career opportunities!

The home that are looking for a deputy manager is a 75 bed home. Split into three floors these units cover residential care, residential dementia care and s general nursing unit. They are looking for an experience nurse, preferably with deputy management or similar experience to lead their team of nurses and carers in continuing to provide incredible standards of care.

Your Role

* Manage the home in the absence of the general manager.
* Manage all registered nurses
* Implement training/induction programs for all staff.
* Ensure the highest level of care is delivered throughout the home.
* Perform quality management and audits in the home.

Role Requirements

* RGN/RN Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
* Experience in working within a elderly environment
* Have previous leadership experience
* Complete satisfactory POVA/CRB/DBS checks
* Have excellent Clinical Skills
* Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
