We are looking for Full Time and Deputy Manager to join our friendly Kenton based at our service in Harrow, Middlesex.
As the majority of the residents at Kenton Road are non-verbal, it is of vital importance that we do all we can to know and understand them so that we can support them to maintain a real quality of life.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

*Experience of previous Deputy Management
*Has experience in completing supervisions.
*Has a good understanding of budgets.
*Holds a minimum level 3 or 4 qualification in health and social care.
*Has CQC knowledge.
*Has worked in a residential home before so has an understanding of auditing processes.
*Holds a current driving licence.
*Lives near to HA3 0HQ -Experience with working with people with multiple disabilities.
*Can work as part of a team and use own initiative.
*Has good computer / literacy / numeracy skills.
*The hours for this position are 37.5 per week.
*Will be expected to cover the manager when he goes on annual leave.
*This position will have the responsibility of working with the manager in offering a professional, flexible service.
* To supervise and lead a team of support workers to enable our service users to lead as fulfilling and satisfying a life as they possibly can
* To be actively engaged with service users and staff, continuously seeking opportunities for improvements to service users lifestyles and staffs skills and commitment to achieve this

The Successful Candidate for the role will have
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is essential
Experience at a similar level is preferred
Full driving licence would be an advantage, due to the rural location
The ability to keep calm under pressure
Confidence to work alone and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
The passion to work with vulnerable Adults
The desire and commitment to achieve high standards of safeguarding
