Reporting to the Reward Manager you'll be responsible for leading the delivery and support of Performance & Reward products and processes. You will work in close partnership with Divisional Human Resources (HR), Central Performance and Reward, HR Platforms, as well as liaising with Country HR, to ensure effective delivery of end-to-end processes.

The Role:

Lead the successful delivery of end to end global group wide variable compensation and fixed pay review processes - primary focus is on timely and accurate spend reporting for the Group and Legal Entities
Create and manage solutions to enable accurate and timely compensation budgeting, modelling and planning in Excel and/or Access
Work in partnership with Group Reward to facilitate the Senior Exec Compensation Committee and any other relevant Group Committee
Hands on support and expert advice for Performance & Reward product specialists and Divisional Reward on global delivery and rollout of products, processes or policies e.g. project tracking, planning etc.
Manage the delivery and implementation of Performance & Reward MI products supporting processes, from launch through to post implementation review e.g. Recognition Award, Spotlight Survey, Total Performance skills building etc.
Support and own relationships with relevant stakeholders including both internal colleagues (e.g. Finance) and external contacts such as vendors
Lead the delivery of processes or analytics related to Performance & Reward regulatory requirements and audits
Specify and coordinate ad-hoc reporting and analysis of Performance & Reward data, ensuring output meets the desired requirements and is high quality
Work individually or lead wider teams to improve process performance by solving problems and identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities
Actively contribute to the production and sign off of high quality communication or reference materials to support managers and employees in the use of any Performance & Reward product or process e.g. system guides, manager questions, training etc.
Understand the Performance & Reward systems in depth and working alongside HR technology teams to lead the delivery of improvements and enhancements as needed
Manage and support data audits and cleanses as required and ensuring any follow up actions are completed on time
Plan and support the annual job matching and market benchmarking process and generation of appropriate analytics and insights
Lead and support the creation and maintenance of internal compensation ranges
Any other relevant Performance & Reward activities as required

The Person:

Experience within a HR and\or MI\Reporting environment (Finance experience beneficial)
Experience in handling large data sets and using complex Microsoft Excel formulas or Access databases
Good working knowledge of VBA (Visual Basic Application)
Experience in large multisite / global organisations
Project management experience
A consultative and collaborative approach to problem solving
Experience in HR systems and technology - desirable
Experience in process design and improvement
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
Integrity and discretion in dealing with sensitive information
