Salary: Up to GBP24,000 plus GBP3,5000 car allowance

Are you target driven and experienced in employer engagement and account management? Do you want to work for a market leader? Then this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

This is a sales and business development role, where you will build and maintain relationships with key employers, stakeholders and delivery partners. Through them, you will source employers wanting to place learners on learndirect training courses and assistance programmes.

Some of the main accountabilities will include:
•Promoting learndirect programmes to SMEs
•Working with employers to up-skill their workforce.
•Undertaking training needs analysis with employers.
•Achievement of employer engagement targets working across a range of industries and contracts.

Your application must be able to demonstrate:
•Proven success in a target-driven environment, ideally related to recruitment, training, or business to business sales.
•Proven success in generating high levels of repeat business and success in developing and managing long term business partnerships.
•Strong and confident presentation, communication, and networking skills.
