Mechanical Engineering Lecturer
GBP28,000 - GBP32,000
Full-time, permanent

We are working with an education provider in the Buckinghamshire area who are looking for a Mechanical Engineering Lecturer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a full-time and permanent position at a longstanding and reputable education provider.

The role would involve you delivering courses on their Mechanical Engineering programme, which would mostly involve theoretical delivery in the classroom. They would need you to teach on their BTEC and HNC programme, and the modules that you would need to teach on would include Mechanical Principles, Engineering Maths and Computer Aided Design.

The starting salary for this position is between GBP28,000 and GBP32,000 p/a, which would also include a pension (with a 4% company contribution), an excellent training and development programme, and 25 days paid holiday (plus 3 closure days over Christmas, and also statutory holidays such as Bank Holidays).

To be eligible for the position, you MUST have:
-A level 4 Engineering qualification (HNC or above)
-Industry experience of Mechanical Engineering
-Experience of using CAD software
-An understanding of Mechanical Principles and Engineering Maths

Please note that the education provider would be able to put you through your teaching qualification if you don't have one already, so you would be able to apply for the job even if you don't possess this. However, they would of course prefer to take someone on that already has a teaching qualification.

I am looking to set up interviews as soon as possible, so if you are interested and available for interview, please reply with your CV and daytime contact number and I'll get back to you, or you can always call me on (Apply online only).

Please feel free to pass on my details if you know someone who might be interested.
