Their role is to provide people-centered support - support that starts each person they support on the road to greater independence, empowering them to reach their full potential.

This provider are looking to recruit a dynamic individual to lead and develop community services to people with learning disabilities across Dorset and Wiltshire.

You will have achieved a relevant qualification in Health and Social Care or Learning Disabilities and ideally to have worked in the role of Registered Manager in a similar service setting.

This provider are looking for someone who has the following:

* Someone with managerial or supervisory experience within a learning disability setting
* Excellent customer service skills with experience of managing complaints
* A Diploma (QCF) in Health and Social Care or Management level 3 or equivalent and a willingness to work towards a diploma in Leadership and Management level 5
* A Full driving licence with a willingness to travel
