Specific Duties:

* Collating and analysing operations data to develop and implement improvements
* Maintaining operations policies an procdures to reflect best practice
* Co-ordinating and assisting with projects to develop and improve operating processes including working with suppliers
* Delivery and management of operations projects as directed by the Operations Support Officer
* Maintain the effective weekly delivery of operation tasks
* Accurate updating and filing hardcopy and soft copy records
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to accomplish tasks where required
* Continually striving to drive improvements in the operation

Generic Duties:

* Maintenance of confidentiality of all information
* Full compliance with the company vision, values, policies and procedures
* Undergo training and professional development as directed by the company
* Compliance with legislation
* Actively promote the company's image and brand
* Promote team working

Qualifications / Experience:

* Educated to degree level in Business
* Graduate with at least 2 years experience in a similar role or post graduate with 1 years experience
* Experience in the health and social care sector
* Have a fundamental understanding of the core functions of business operations
* Process orientated, organised and systematic with the ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
* IT literate and highly competent in the use of excel, power point word and access
* Strong spoken and written communication skills
* Strong administration skills
* Able to work on own initiative with minimum supervision
* Confident, self starter with a flexible approach
