Gilbert Meher are working on behalf of an award-winning national elderly care provider to recruit an outstanding Home Manager for a care home in Dunfermline offering residential and nursing care.

About the role:
As a Home Manager you'll be running the day to day operations of the home and be responsible for the management and leading and developing a dynamic team to deliver high quality care and service in this modern, purpose-built home.

You will be responsible for adhering to all CQC regulations, budget management, marketing and liaising with local authorities and residents and their families and leading home visits for prospective residents.

About you:
You will possess proven leadership and communication skills with 2 years' experience managing a care home. As this is a nursing home preference will be given to candidates with clinical backgrounds, however the client is also seeking applications from residential managers with excellent commercial acumen and a proven track record.

In return the position is offering a salary up to GBP50k + 12% pension and participation in an industry-leading uncapped profit-share programme which is delivering achievable bonuses upwards of 25% of salary. You will also be part of a Sunday Times Top 25 Big Companies to work for organisation.
