Due to the evolution of the company, we are recruiting for a Facilities Manager to oversee the overall maintenance of our Home.

You will work in a unique and luxurious home which provides unrivalled, person centred care and support to the elderly who have an array of diagnosis and specialised needs in Hindhead. The home has 53 residents and offers home from home living, with additional amenities for the residents to utilise to promote their wellbeing and independence.

You will Manager the holistic upkeep of the home, working with your Facilities Assistant.

Facilities or property experience would be ideal for this Managerial role.

The role requires you to provide manage the Maintenance department.

Duties include:

- Carrying out health and safety checks
- Identifying technical faults and repairs
- updating mandatory files and checks on water; legionella etc.
- Attending to the on-going interior and external maintenance of the Home including providing operational support for general repairs and assistance to the Home.
-To provide a service to the residents living there
-To co-ordinate instillation of service equipment
-To monitor general quality of furniture and equipment
-To log information for building access
-To keep up to date logs of goods and services ordered
-To allocate work to maintenance operatives
-To collate data and provide written reports
- Delegation of any tasks needing to be carried out to the staff under your line management

Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm
