We are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable and growing UK Insurance firm, which is currently in the market for a highly motivated and success driven Senior Commercial Executive / Manager. The company is looking for a talented inspirational manager with proven new business development track record, who is able to demonstrate sound business acumen.

You must have strong technical Insurance knowledge with proven Commercial Insurance business development experience. In addition you must be able to nurture long standing relationships, network and market and develop your team to achieve profitable business growth activities. You must be able to confidently deliver outstanding leadership to ensure quality levels of customer satisfaction. You will receive support wherever required but must be able to juggle and co-ordinate internal resources with your own personal activities to maximise performance on your pipeline and with all planned office and field-based work.

The remuneration will be tailored to suit the successful applicant.

Key Experience Criteria:

• Strong business development sales experience
• Good technical commercial insurance knowledge
• Insurance qualification (Cert CII, Dip CII or ACII)
• Ability to expertly manage client relationships and nurture, motivate
and manage staff and internal resources.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Excellent negotiation skills and customer service standards
• A Full UK driving licence
