Training Manager *

Summary of Post: * Training Manager *

This fantastic new opportunity is for a Training Manager to join an established and supportive team, with a well known and respected care provider, working within their new community centre.

We are looking for an experienced individual who can assist in maximising our team's growth development and skills, focused on managing the quality delivery of a Home Care service for elderly and disabled individuals and to develop on new initiatives to encourage community involvement.

The successful Training Manager will/lead on the:

• Work with the director and registered manager to develop and implement a training and outreach strategy
• Manage the training processes so there are sufficient staff with the right skills to satisfy the immediate and future needs of our care business
• Manage and implement development plans.
• Identifying and advertising opportunities
• Contribute content to the business and make use of available resources to attract, educate and develop strong teams.

Overseeing the management, development and training of the staff team, along with adherence to legislation and CQC regulations to provide a quality and person centred service.

• This role gives the Training Manager an opportunity to have a real influence on the sector within their own community,

Experience / Qualifications: * Training Manager *

Our client is looking for a cheerful, approachable, professional, with the required enthusiasm, compassion and knowledge about current CQC regulations.

Must have experience in working within a similar position - Training, community development or social care.

You will be / have:

• Applicants will have a good mind set
• Strong recruitment or training experience
• Be a great team player with good communication skills.
• Sound understanding of good care principles
• Experienced in the full circle of recruitment
