Cityworx is currently recruiting for a premier client of ours for their Bristol and Weston Super Mare homes. This is a full time 37.5 per week.

This is a vital role, responsible for the management and delivery of a dynamic, ever-changing Supported Living service for people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, Autism and ABI. We support people to live in their own home, increasing their independence, decision making and ability to actively participate in their community.

As well as managing existing staff rotas, providing regular supervisions and being responsible for the leadership and development of your team, you will also take on the challenge of promoting the service and identifying ways to grow the service. You will also be required to monitor financial resources and staffing levels to ensure contractual compliance and to work within agreed budgets.

You will be an advocate of the service, ensuring that the service we deliver meets the best possible outcomes for the individuals we support. As a part of this you will act as a positive role model by providing hands on support as required.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Broad experience of managing people, service and quality within MH, LD, ABI and Autism.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
• A high level of personal integrity towards providing a high standard of service
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• A good understanding of commercial principles and practices
• Good awareness of CQC legislation, updates, changes and best practice
• Holds or working towards a QCF/NVQ Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care or a RMA

The successful individual will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, with responsibility for all day to day management duties such as client care, staffing, finance, administration and environment, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, the company's Quality Assurance System and delivering on the Business Plan.
