This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading provider of learning disabilities care. Our client operate nationally and focus mainly on supported living care. They have grown at an excellent rate over the last year and have ambitious plans to continue to grow.

This role will be responsible for a small supported living service in the Dorset area.

Responsibilities:

- Overall management of the service, ensuring the service meets the needs of service users and offers person centred care
- Staff management, recruitment and development
- Ensure the service meets internal and CQC regulations and requirements relating to quality assurance
- Assist the area manager as needed
- Design care plans ensuring that they are suitable for service users

Requirements:

- Experience in a management level role in a learning disabilities setting
- An understanding of Supported Living Care
- Excellent understanding of CQC regulations and requirements, ideally with a proven track record of achieving positive results in inspections
- Based in the Dorset area
- Strong leadership skills
