Humanities Teacher Required in South West London

Are you a dedicated, hard working and knowledgeable Humanities Teacher looking for a new challenge in South West London? Are you looking for a possible temp-perm position? We have several temporary-permanent positions,in South West London starting in September 2017 running through to the end of the academic year in the first instance. The position is advertised for a number of schools- which mostly serve a diverse area of London. The position is to teach from Key Stage 3 onward and is considered to be a full teaching position. The schools are situated within easy walking distance of tube and mainline stations and there is also ample parking on many of the sites and in the surrounding area.

The schools are keen to secure a teacher as soon as possible for this position, so please get in contact as soon as possible.

To be considered for this position, you will need to possess the following qualities:
*QTS or QTLS
*Enthusiasm for Humanities, particularly History and Geography
*Experience in teaching History and Geography in schools
*Good knowledge of the subject and curriculum
*Strong communication skills
*Currently residing in the UK
*The ability to provide satisfactory references covering the last two years
*If overseas-qualified the qualification confirmed by UK NARIC and sound knowledge of the UK Education system and National Curriculum
*Due to the location of the school it is also important that potential teachers are able to drive.
