Are you passionate about seeing learners achieve? Do you like to inspire and motivate individuals and see them progress? Our client a National Training provider is looking to expand their Healthcare team by adding an experienced Assessor/ Tutor who can deliver up to level 3 to their dynamic team. Do you have previous experience working within the Healthcare Sector. As an Apprenticeship Assessor you will rewarded with a basic salary of up to GBP24,000, + Pension, + 25 Holidays + stats + a day off for your birthday and a day off in December for xmas shopping, + Laptop + Mobile, + early finish on a Friday and Mileage.

Our client is growing their Health and Social Care team due to new caseloads been attained by their business development team. The main purpose of the Apprenticeship Assessor is to coach and assess Apprenticeship Frameworks you will have a maximum caseload of 35 learners. The aim is to deliver a quality learning journey.

Assessor/ Tutor main responsibilities:
Developing learners understanding of the apprenticeship Framework in order to complete qualifications
Coach and mentor learners to achieve
Completing learner induction paperwork
Ensuring ILP's are completed and are maintained
Planning and implementing initial assessments
Ensuring regular learner reviews are conducted
Delivering learner portfolios and assignments to agreed standards
Building and developing relationships with Employers and communities
Manage and complete both business and personal administration within given timescales i.e. delegate satisfaction results, expenses, review documents, reports etc.
Ensure knowledge of all subject areas is kept constantly updated by way of self-development and CPD

A relevant industry related qualification at level 3 or above
Knowledge of the apprenticeship frameworks
Functional Skills at Level 2 in English, Maths and ICT or equivalent qualifications
hold either D32/D33/A1/TAQA
Desirable teaching qualification CTLLs/ DTLLs/Cert ed/PGCE

To be successful in this role you will have previously worked as a Trainer, Assessor, Tutor, Teacher or Lecturer within the following areas, Nursing, Healthcare, Domiciliary care, Care home
