Elite HR are delighted to be working with an award winning manufacturer who are looking for an In-House Recruiter to join their team based in Chichester.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and welcoming team. You will support the direct sourcing model, aimed at providing the leaders with talented people across a wide variety of roles.

The ideal candidate will preferably have a manufacturing background and currently working as In-house Recruiter or within a Recruitment Agency.

Experience required

* Direct Sourcing experience gained in a fast paced environment. In particular, able to use a range of sourcing tools to generate suitable candidates
* ATS knowledge - having excellent recruiter user experience of at least one ATS e.g. Cornerstone/Taleo
* Ability to manage a range of stakeholders - from Junior Manager to Executive level
* PSL management - although we operate a direct sourcing model it is key we maintain healthy and productive relationships with a small number of professional agencies

* Recruiting central positions - industry specialists, Finance, HR and IT. In addition, the role plays a key part in talent pipelining objectives with Universities, Professional Industry Associations as well as apprenticeships and interns.

* Data management - able to manage relevant software to produce metrics for recruitment and business intelligence
* Great stakeholder management is essential.
* The ability to influence at all levels and be confident to negotiate.

* Excellent Excel skills
* LinkedIn & Job Board search skills
* Experience of psychometric testing - Whilst we will train you in the specific applications we use it would be helpful to understand why they are used and the relevance to a selection process.

This is an exciting opportunity to support the Talent Manager in the delivery of the recruitment strategy in line with business objectives, supporting the end to end recruitment process.
