An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Unilever are currently looking for experienced Ecommerce Learning Business Partner based at Unilever's office in Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey. This is a full time temporary role for a period of 3 months with the potential to go perm for the right person, working a 37.5 hour week. This role is paying up to a maximum GBP63K per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.

Background
To lead the learning agenda for eCommerce globally. To partner closely with market eCommerce teams to understand learning needs of teams and individuals and guide on learning plans for development. To lead the community of practise for sharing and learning as a global team. To curate learning generated by teams, both global and in market. To continuously innovate and create learning solutions in partnership with the global team on areas of expertise. To sustain and grow the culture of # I learn every day through the network and ongoing communication.
Main Purpose
To lead the design initiatives on behalf of the Learning Team for the eCommerce Function.
To manage the end-to-end design process by partnering with the global SME and market teams to establish the learning needs and together shape the learning solutions either in house or with 3rd party providers.
To advise and coach on how to deliver an effective behaviour change in ecommerce teams and supports them to deliver their commercial goals.
Support team leads and individuals to create learning plans that are both personally meaningful and drive the business
Seen as the go-to collaborator for learning by the global and local market eCommerce teams.
Drives the culture of #I Learn Every Day in communications and learning created

Key Accountabilities
*Work with the Global CD, Marketing & CMCO Director, HR BP and EVP for eCommerce to determine future direction and key strategic focus areas for learning in eCommerce
*Own the quality and impact of the curriculum, providing a blended curriculum which offers right-size learning choices for the eComemrce organisation
*Work to "design once and deploy everywhere' whilst also empowering local teams to localise examples to make the context relevant for all learners
*Actively share best practice ideas via media such as Chatter and building own network of key collaborators to identify cross-functional synergies and opportunities for efficiencies
*Project manage and lead the creation of right-size learning solutions from idea or need for learning being established through to understanding impact of learning solutions once deployed
*To oversee the maintenance and continuous improvement of the learning infrastructure and curriculum to ensure learners receive learning at the point of need.
*Actively identify new & innovative ways of building skills through the introduction of new media approaches and social and / or community learning
*Actively develop external relationships to bring leading edge thinking to eCommerce skills development
*Thinks creatively about internal and external sources of learning that continue to inspire and enable eCommerce teams to innovate and pioneer in their expertise
*Provide support to other members of the CD, Marketing and CMCO Academy team in deployment of capability building frameworks, set-piece learning events, and ad hoc project work
*Leads the annual calendar of global learning (virtual share & reapply sessions as well as face to face learning required)
*Leads the eCommerce Community of Practise on Learning to continue to put development at the forefront of the People Agenda in eCommerce
*Interpret data in to insights to establish business learning needs and track performance data for learning

Experience
*Learning design and skills development experience
*An understanding of global matrix organisations and how learners can be reached effectively
*Able to project manage and lead change efficiently and effectively
*A strong and self-confident leadership and influencing style, being able to make an immediate impact with stakeholders including senior leaders and service / learning providers
*Ability to inspire confidence in delivery and a strong collaborative mind set
*Strong business awareness, understanding the broader context in which eCommerce has an impact on overall business performance
