Do you have Payroll experience and are looking to develop on from this within an implementation environment?

My Client is seeking a Payroll Implementation Officer to work within support services and ensure their Clients Payroll implementations, terminations, uploading, training and Payroll IT Support are completed in a professional and efficient manner.

Duties within the role will include:

* Share responsibility for the manager of new client implementations
* Ensuring that all required information needed for the new Client service is initially provided to the Client and then gathered within set timescales
* Role out training to new Clients to include system usage
* Carry out system hand overs to new clients either in person or over the phone and dealing with any issues that may arise during the process
* Liaising with Payroll Managers who wish to terminate services and ensuring all request are adhered to within set timescales and ensuring that payrolls are closed down correctly

To be suitable for this position you will ideally have experience within a Payroll environment and due to the level of contact you will have with Clients you will have strong communication skills and the ability to advise/train staff on new systems
